Cooking Methods: Crawfish meat somewhat resembles lobster with its sweet meat, however it is not as rich and little bit more tender. All crawfish cook up brilliant red, and the cooked meat should be a clean white color. Because the crawfish tail meat is already cooked, you will need to do very minimal work; just simple reheating and seasoning on the stove top or in the oven. We suggest cajun seasoning, or simply just lemon and butter!
