Grouper is very forgiving as fillets can be overcooked, yet still remain moist and can withstand just about any marinade, sauce or seasoning. Grouper is extremely versatile and can be prepared in a number of ways. We recommend baking, broiling, frying, grilling or steaming however some of out favorites include blackening for a southern style dish, or grilled and topped with seasonal fruits/ flavors.
